The race was held on a private server of Rocitizens on Roblox, and the standings were as follows:

The Republic of Luytena is opening a process for qualified and experienced web development companies to receive proposals for the creation of the official website of the Luytena Music Festival 2023. This site will be on Bandcamp and must be similar or identical to previous editions. Requirements. Experience in website design and development. Uploading of music files in WAV format. Submission of proposals. Interested companies are invited to submit proposals, including detailed project timelines, cost estimates and examples of previous work. Gilles De Leener was the first candidate to run for president of Luytena. Current president Alex Guillaume Schmitz will not stand for re-election.

1. The Luytena Music Festival is a Republic of Luytena song contest open to everyone. 2. The contest will be judged by a panel of experts. 3. The winner will be announced on the Republic of Luytena website. 4. The winner will receive a prize of €10. 5. The deadline for submissions is 1 October 2023. 6. The songs must be in the English language. 7. The maximum duration of the song is 3 minutes. 8. The songs must be original compositions. 9. The contestants must be aged 18 or over. 10. The songs must not have been previously published or released commercially.
